RYAN NORWOOD

Landmark Search Group Inc. was founded by Ryan Norwood who was born and raised here in the Lower Mainland.  After completing his undergrad at Mt. Allison University in New Brunswick, Ryan spent the next 3 years in South Korea before he returned to Vancouver and completed his Human Resources Management Certificate at Simon Fraser University.  

Ryan spent over 7 years working in agency recruitment with focus on Accounting, Finance and Procurement. With a background in Human Resources, Ryan has devoted himself to helping clients across the Lower Mainland, and throughout Canada, find the best available talent for their team. 

Through the years, Ryan has worked with numerous highly talented individuals and decided to create an organization where they could bring their professional networks together and help each other find success for their clients. Ryan strives to be honest, transparent, and professional while approaching each organization and candidate to help provide an open process to hire.

Meet Doug Baird, a seasoned staffing/recruiting professional with over 18 years of industry experience. With a robust focus on the Finance & Accounting sector, coupled with expertise in real-estate specialty roles, Doug brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to every endeavor.
